The Contenta cloud
Nowadays, we usually use the Internet to exchange media at a local level. In our Ad-Net, this can be done by using Screen Editor, the Contenta cloud application. The system is simple. This user-friendly software enables you to transmit all critical information and settings over the Internet via a web browser. Communication across all systems is therefore possible – across platforms, on different end devices and through cloud-based management, both during playback and administration, quickly and irrespective of location. The responsive web design also supports management via mobile devices. Mac OS, SoC, Android, Windows and various displays? Not a problem with Contenta.
Specify exactly who is allowed to handle what content and playlists. Use the extensive rights and roles system for your outlets and branches. This enables various displays to be maintained and managed by multiple users. You can play content in your Ad-Net via us, for example. Your IT staff manage and monitor the players. The marketing team controls the output or creates proprietary content. And the regional and branch managers control the switching times of individual players. Alternatively, as a one-person administrator you can control all of these tasks – quickly, intelligently and interactively.
The reporting and monitoring options enable you to evaluate your campaigns centrally and take your customer data analysis to the next level.
High-integration solution
Using the specially adapted Contenta software, new content is played via a web browser over a cloud-based system. Playback of the data is thus very user-friendly and secure if the content is also available here for each of the displays. Alternatively, we take over the programming and provide you with this component online.
Medium-integration solution
Using an analogue media player, new content is played via a USB stick. Playback of the data is very user-friendly if the content is available beforehand for each of the displays. Alternatively, we take over the programming and provide you with this component. The content for the single system or a multiple system can be managed via the media player. Unlike the high-integration solution, the range of functions is limited to this function of importing specific content.
Low-integration solution
Using the external, simple Contenta additional software, new content is uploaded onto a USB stick via a PC. Playback of data is limited solely to this function. The content needs to be available here for each of the displays. Alternatively, we take over the programming and provide you with the ready programmed USB stick or the file. As an option, the content can be changed with an infrared remote control if several playlists have been uploaded beforehand onto the USB stick.
